It seems like the staffing team doesn't really know how to properly update or communicate regarding referrals—or perhaps they just don't prioritize them. Honestly, it's frustrating, especially considering they're being paid for this. You follow up with them, but they rarely respond unless you call directly. And when they do, they somehow make it feel like it's your fault.

Best lab your going to find that can take all the insurances and give you quicker turn around times than the competition. The other negative reviews are related to common billing issues with ALL labs. I've had others that reported things to my credit report and had bill collectors harass me. You should look at what your doctors are billing for those 5 minutes of just talking to you, lol.
