Please read the existing negative reviews carefully and take them seriously because nothing has changed. Living here has been extremely stressful due to many factors especially ongoing noise disturbances. I was able to get out of here and break my lease THANK GOODNESS. The person that left a 5* review (Tina) is the owner of the 3 airbnbs in the building, which is why she gave that review. One time she rented out the place to a group of people that honestly looked homeless and they brought in a sex worker, left a crackpipe in the stairway hall way, and broke into our mail room. I have picture and police reports as proof. We told her this and she brushed us off and they ended up trashing and stealing things from her Airbnb unit... read more
The landlords still suck and I don't think anyone would give it 5 stars except a fake review lol hint hint ... they will literally let anyone live here I think, at least the previous landlord that they fired had common sense to not let large dogs and children live above others in a wood framed building with no sound proofing. Also they try to rip people off they signed a contract where they included parking and didnt provide me a copy and 10 months later denied it and reassigned the stall! Super ethical! Brio had some issues, but it's been improving and the responsiveness has gotten better. The location is fantastic, and the units are comfortable to live in. You can't beat being so close to all the Bridgeland shops and restaurants!
