We just move to varsity square and we love this place . Dhruv who works here been excellent in helping us to settle in. He is been super helpful with most of the requests. Would recommend this place to families.
If you want to live in peace and quiet, this building is not for you. In the morning, the garbage truck comes. There’s a shopping mall and a pub nearby, and in the summer people party at the pub late into the night. In the winter, even if just 1 millimeter of snow falls, the mall clears it with a tractor bucket scraping the asphalt. Brio is doing well on maintaining your home, whatever is broken, they try fix it for you. But they have too frequent entry requests, even when you're not home, too many fire testing alarms that last from minutes to hours. There're also trucks from company back there unloading stuff at 3 in the morning, garbage trucks come 6-8 AM depending, they both pretty lound.
