I have two new Toto Neorest toilets to install. I called Brinks and asked them if they could confirm that the installer has prior experience with this type of toilet, as it is much different than usual. Dispatch called me back later and said that the installer has done these before and it won't be a problem, so I made an appointment and waited a full week for the install. Tom showed up on time and went to work in a highly professional manner. He educated me on leaks and easy ways to check in the future and thoroughly checked our water lines. Would I use Brinks for future plumbing issues? Not yes, but HECK YEAH!
