Horrible service. Never delivered our order change order and when calling they wouldn’t expedite the order. The route manager Pedro Maldonado wasn’t even willing to pick up the phone when their customer service people called and I was told specifically I couldn’t speak with him when I asked. Our business had no cash on hand because brinks never delivered it, during the busiest week of the year. Call Loomis or anyone else.

We signed up and had an installation appt. They cancelled on us an, even after admitting it was their fault, they tried to put us off for another two weeks! I cancelled my contract and will be looking for a more professional firm that values their customers.
