Poorly Done Job and Lousy Customer Service – We had our roof replaced by Brinkmann several months ago (late 2007) and chose Brinkmann. We feel that the job was rushed because the shingles do not line up properly and there is a noticeable 'sway' in the shingle line which should be a perfectly straight line. Additionally, we had some fascia and other repair work done and the fascia on the front of our home is uneven.
