We'll definitely call them again! It was super easy to schedule the appointment, and it was scheduled for 2 days after I made the call. But the same day, they called and said they finished up other jobs early and were able to stop by! They easily fixed the problem and it took about a total of 10 minutes. They explained a bit to me about the faucet they fixed, made sure the problem was ACTUALLY fixed before he left, and answered any questions I had.
