Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
