went to get an alignment done and the tech didn't tighten up my steering stabilizer bracket.... bracket fell of going down the road... went back to the shop and said they would get the part... been waiting 2 weeks for the part... guy keeps giving me the run around... terrible service

This is now my permanent auto repair that I will be going to. Martin helped me and his team gave me the best service. I went in for routine oil change and my engine light was on and he told me everything that was wrong with it with no additional cost. The service was fast with digital inspection through text so I didn't feel out of the loop. Martin also did an inspection and he politely let me know of things that my car would need tuning up along the road. I'll for sure be coming to BYOP from now on!

I was having a really bad day had a caliper blow out and was limping my truck back and i saw bring your own parts i so i stopped in ( barely might i add ) and i was greeted by a friendly face and was given advice showed how to fix my problem but i was gassed so i decided to have them fix it and boy let me tell you what it has been a long time since i have seen such professionalism i will be returning
