This company did work for my mother who is, by the way, elderly. He gave her a verbal quote but nothing in writing. The job was to power rake the grass, put down soil to even the ground and over-seed. The front garden was to take out the unwanted vegetation, put in good soil and tidy it up for planting flowers. Also he was to clear out weeds on one side of her house, put down a barrier and then bark mulch.
