Front desk staff are very welcoming, helpful and speak in English well. The technician Wendy was extremely helpful, kind, understanding and patient with my elderly mom. I recommend this place to anyone who wants kind and compassionate care.
Very good experience all around. Near zero wait time. Tidy changing area and they provide a basket for your things! SUCH a helpful support feature. Receptionist and both technicians were very kind, patient, explained what they were doing and worked efficiently.
Drive my female friend here for an ultrasound appointment. The front desk speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese and of course English. Place is clean and front desk is very nice, polite and courtious but south east asian technician needs little work on her bedside manners. She forgets she is a front line worker and more than half the patient does not speak a word of English. Having a condonsening tone with sick patients is not cool.
