Definitely not a positive experience with Dr. Brimhall or her office. Office is disorganized and chaotic and waits are long. For a yearly exam, Dr. Brimhall did not have an assistant in her office recording any findings, (I was a new patient), and Dr. Brimhall told me that I should be the one to notify her of anything that looks concerning. Had seen her PA in October and asked for a biopsy on a spot on my nose that was concerning. She suggested using some "chemo" cream instead. I am not a patient, but I took my mom, who is 76 to see her about some moles she was concerned about. Dr. Brimhall was so good with her. She is very personable, kind and truly cares about you as an individual. Mom ended up needing to biopsy a mole on her shoulder. Dr. Brimhall showed her so much compassion, I really loved the way she treated the removal as important and took time and care to explain every detail. Dr. Brimhall is the most impressive medical professional I’ve ever been to see. Her bedside manner is next-level: warm, kind, and so personable while also incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. She makes you feel like you and your health are truly important to her. And she must have a high standard for who she hires, because her staff follows suit. Every person in her office was efficient, professional, and kind. Will be seeing her for all my family’s dermatology needs.
