I’m not their best customer but they treat me like I am. It’s always a pleasurable experience to visit them.
My husband was sold a very simple, semi-precious stone on a tiny chain for over $500. I would definitely not do business with someone who uses overpricing to a jewelry novice. It is not "just business". It is dishonest.
