Right now I am not a happy camper.. I was In the chair for an hour and 40mins for a cavity! Yes they found that I had a crack in the tooth but the process was brutal! For the first half, I had no eye wear protection and everything was hitting my eyes. I kept hearing things like this broke and this not working, etc. my mouth was opened the whole time to the point where my ‘face’ started to shake because I was so weak. It was quickly to get my dental cleaning appointment and a filling a cavity the same day
I went here some time ago and I really believed this was going to be the dentist for me. The front desk staff was polite, helpful and knowledgeable and I was receptive while also nervous yet excited for this change i was looking for my for confidence. I was told that it was a recently newer location. The doc seemed very pleasant. At a appt I recieved a treatment plan, however every time I went over time prices started changing. The atmosphere as well as the time, care and professionalism was wonderful! It's great when the staff is caring, takes your time with you and over all happy!! Thank you, Valerie for a great cleaning and care you offered in your expertise! Looking forward to seeing everyone in 6 months!!
