I'm a fan of Brilliant especially their frame selection. They're always super helpful with helping me pick frames. And they have been willing to order out of the catalog which means I have been able To get exactly the frames I want! I'm actually excited when it comes time for new glasses ;)
My daughter has an appointment today. I scheduled her appointment at least 2 months ago. I arrived today for her appointment and was informed that they had cancelled my appointment. I hadn't called them with my daughters insurance info. I work during their business hours and my job doesn't always allow time to make personal calls.
