I recently came in for an appointment here with my partner and worked with Cassidy. She helped me narrow down my favorite settings and provided a fun and personal experience! We are still shopping around but so far Brilliant Earth is at the top of our list.
I came in with no appointment to shop around for engagement rings. I was happily greeted by Sonder Munoz who welcomed my girlfriend and I with answering all of our questions. We later set up an appointment and had all of our questions answered and chose a wondering engagement ring. I highly recommend shopping at the UTC location and working with Sonder for a great experience!
Brennan was the best! When we started shopping for engagement rings I was worried we were going to get pushed to buy out of our budget, but Brennan explained everything along the way and made sure we were within our price range and didnt try to pull any sales tricks. Really appreciated the efficient and thoughtful service. Would absolutely recommend!
My wife and I went to Brilliant Earth to design a new ring for her. We worked with Sonder Munoz and he was incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, made us feel comfortable, and overall so easy to work with. He helped us design the perfect ring. I’d highly recommend working with him for all your jewelry needs!
