Would not use BE again when going through the wedding/engagement ring process. Customer service is lacking after they have your money. Great up front in initial customer service. Everything after that is not customer friendly and robotic. The ol bait and switch…unfortunate.
My fiancé and I recently visited the San Diego showroom to purchase his wedding band. We have visited a few other jewelers and hadn’t found exactly what we wanted until now. We had a lovely experience viewing the pieces in San Diego. Bre made the experience enjoyable and easy and we loved the piece we ended up choosing.
I had the best experience picking out my ring with Bre. She really took all of my requests into consideration when showing me different bands and stones. Earlier in the day, at a separate jeweler, I felt like everything I said when straight over the SA's head. But not with Bre - she tailored this experience so well and I ended up finding my perfect ring that I will cherish forever!
Bre made our experience so special. She was super kind, helpful, and really knowledgeable while helping me and my boyfriend look at engagement rings. She made everything feel easy and comfortable, and we had such a great time. We really appreciated her help!
Deedra was incredibly helpful with explaining how to pick out the perfect ring. She explained to me the 4 Cs, found plenty of beautiful options within my budget and was very enthusiastic throughout the process. I have no knowledge of jewelry, so her support was greatly appreciated
