My fiance bought my engagement ring from Brilliant Earth. While the ring is beautiful and exactly what I wanted, my rating is due to the company's customer service. A few months before my wedding, one of the prongs holding the engagement ring diamond bent a little bit. The diamond was still in tact, but I sent the ring in for a repair to be safe. Cassidy helped us try on wedding bands and she was awesome. I'd requested some specific bands to try and she was prepared, knowledgeable, and very helpful during the process. She gave useful insight and considerations about the long term wear/tear and pros and cons of various rings, which helped make my choice easy. She also didn't rush us into buying anything on the spot which was great. Would recommend!!
