Lauryn at Brilliant Earth was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful in getting our sizes right and guiding us through our wedding band selection with try-ons. Thank you Brilliant Earth for my beautiful engagement ring! Our experience here was nice, but a little complicated. Picking out diamonds online was not ideal, nor was having that diamond shipped across a few states. Staff was friendly and helpful, but no real communication after spending so much money on something you ordered online. My ring is the joy setting with a 2.3 carat pear diamond with clarity of VS1. ABSOLUTELY beautiful ring. Thank you to the maker who put all my diamonds in!

We went there today to look at rings, very excitedly. It was absolutely terrible, they hardly have any options, didn’t tell us about the process or anything. Just self service look around. We walked out feeling like we learned nothing and probably don’t feel comfortable purchasing with them.
