Have tried to shop this location multiple times. The girl working was so rude, put off with me asking questions. She actively didn’t want to help us at all each time we stopped in. Basically communicated if we didn’t have an appointment, she was not interested. Ultimately led my fiancé to go elsewhere to get my ring (which I do love!) but I’m disappointed in this location because I had my heart set on wedding bands from here. We won’t be back. I highly suggest avoiding this location.

Despite reading numerous negative reviews online about this business, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately (for me), the reviews about poor customer service proved accurate. The staff was quite rude and condescending while we were picking up our purchase. One particularly rude worker insinuated that we would try to leave without paying for our purchase. Had an appointment with Tracy yesterday and it didn't feel like she was very enthusiastic. I was pretty excited to look for engagement rings, especially since it was my first time out to look with my best friend, but not being greeted with warmth wasn't great. We're interested in doing a custom ring, which they would have a team for. I'm just not inclined to work with them further because of this experience.
