I recently visited Brilliant Earth in Charlotte and David Allen provided us with the most amazing service! We walked in not knowing that usually you need an appointment for an engagement ring try-on but he still took the time to help us anyway! He was so patient and accommodating as we browsed rings and as this was my first time shopping for this, I was very unsure of what I was looking for. Had such a great experience working with David! He was knowledgeable and most importantly patient. He made this exciting time as smooth as possible and really listened to my vision to help create the perfect ring.
We had a private meeting with Jacqueline. She was absolutely wonderful and informative. My girlfriend(soon to be fiancé), truly enjoyed the experience as well and we found everything she wanted. She wanted a few other options and without hesitation, Jacqueline ordered new options so we could find the perfect engagement ring. David was very helpful with explaining everything to myself and to my girlfriend! He was very kind and they had examples of the rings we were interested in, and even had her pose with the rings to see how she felt about them. It was an overall amazing experience!
