Beautiful rings. But quality isnt worth the price point. The ring lost a small diamond in less than a year. Good thing I had insurance and didn't pay out of pocket for the repair.
Far messier than expected for a purchase of this size. I selected and received a receipt for a 2ct VS1 diamond. When reviewing the GIA report for insurance purposes, I discovered the diamond is actually graded VS2. The sales receipt and GIA report conflicted. While one associate was personally helpful, the manager and overall experience were disorganized and confidence-eroding.
