Beautiful rings. But quality isnt worth the price point. The ring lost a small diamond in less than a year. Good thing I had insurance and didn't pay out of pocket for the repair.
Far messier than expected for a purchase of this size. I selected and received a receipt for a 2ct VS1 diamond. When reviewing the GIA report for insurance purposes, I discovered the diamond is actually graded VS2. The sales receipt and GIA report conflicted. While one associate was personally helpful, the manager and overall experience were disorganized and confidence-eroding. My partner and I had a really fantastic experience with Paloma at this location. We felt that we had specialized attention and were offered with really useful information as we were making big choices! We felt no pressure and ended up leaving before returning to purchase our wedding bands.
