We purchased an engagement ring, wedding band, and diamond earrings from Brilliant Earth. Shockingly, all three pieces were falling apart <1 year after our wedding. We dealt with lost and loose diamonds in the wedding band, plus bent hardware/prongs with both the earrings and engagement ring. While the associates at the store are great, the company is not. I waited two and a half months for a bracelet that was listed as in-stock, customer service had excuse after excuse for the delay. When the bracelet arrived it was under weight, I paid for 2ct and it arrived as 1.75ct. This is listed on their website, and is completely normal for them to sell lower weights listed as higher weights. I want to shout out SA Vanessa! We had been to Brilliant Earth twice, a few months apart. Vanessa helped us both times and actually remembered us from our first meeting!
