Excellent jewelry and excellent attention
I dropped off my ring for a ring resize on 9/29. It has been a total of 3 weeks, and I have not gotten a single sign of an update on my ring. So I called customer service to see why there was no update on my ring, and it was because it was on hold due to processing. The person helping me informed me that it was because the person who put in the request did it incorrectly. Instead of putting it in as a resize, it was put in as a repair.
