I want to specifically shout out Ella and Lida! 2 weeks ago I went in with my girlfriend to find the perfect set as a fun date idea. The whole time, these 2 were super delightful and helpful throughout the process. I was able to get everything I needed to remove the pressure out of finding the perfect ring and when that day comes I'll feel confident that my girlfriend is going to like what I choose. I have them to thank for that and making it a memorable memory

Working with Connor was such a delight. We really lucked out with getting to work hand in hand with him for our diamond upgrade. He kept us up to date during our entire process and was super sweet and fun to talk to. Try to work with him if you can request it!
My fiance and I walked in to look at wedding bands. The only person who bothered to acknowledge us was the security guy at the front door. We waited for over 5min without any sort of acknowledgement from the two employees who worked there and we were the only other people their outside of two customers. A "Hello, we will be with you in a few minutes" goes a long way. While we were waiting for service that never came, one of the employees finished up with a customer and left.
