Michael Michael Michael! My boyfriend and I were standing outside the door a bit intimidated and weary to go in, but Michael welcomed us at the door and was welcoming from the jump! He took his time to go through the entire process of understanding sizing, diamond shape, and everything else there is to learn about rings. Excellent experience when I was shopping for an engagement ring! I knew nothing about diamonds and made an appointment. Alex was there to walk me through the factors that go into a ring, and showed me all the different designs they had. It was a fun experience and I did not feel pressured to make a descision or purchase right there and then. I ended up with a beautiful ring! Thank you Alex!
