This was an incredible place to shop and pick my engagement ring from! I had looked online and loved some designs, so we visited this location and were greatly impressed. Our appointment was with Constance and she was fantastic! So warm and friendly, and immediately picked up on things I might want to see from other jewelry I was wearing. Our experience felt very personal, and we ordered a beautiful engagement ring! Constance explained the process so well, and we really enjoyed our time here.
Corin at Brilliant Earth made the engagement ring consultation an excellent experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. Her guidance made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Corin if you're looking for a thoughtful and professional experience!

After booking an appointment 2 weeks ago with all of the specifics of what we are looking for and wanted to view. brilliant earth sent me no less than 10 messages, reminders and confirmations for our appointment today. Then 3 hours before our appointment I get a voicemail saying they don’t have any of the champagne moissanite stones that I wanted to see available. I tried to call them back 3 times and got put on hold and then disconnected each time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I was actually really scared to go look at rings but Constance was SO fun and informative, I’m actually going to come back and look at some more with her!
