Cannot complement the team enough. We worked with Ashley, and she made the experience informative, enjoyable, and fun, even for someone who knew nothing about jewelry coming into the appointment. In addition, she was more than helpful in subsequent follow-ups after the initial appointment as the selections narrowed. Can't recommend the team enough

Staff was super friendly and accommodating when I visited the showroom! I did not have an existing appointment and they were so kind and welcoming and gave me a great rundown of the product. Talking to a professional and seeing some of the product in person was really helpful and narrowed down my search for the future. Can't wait to come back for an appointment!

This place is so nice. My partner and I were near downtown and on a whim we decided- it's close to Valentine's Day, we should treat ourselves to something nice! Thankfully they take walk-ins. A woman named Rachel helped us- she was so sweet and helpful! The showroom is gorgeous & comfy without feeling stuck up. We ended up buying a beautiful dainty ring. We will def be back in the coming years to treat ourselves! Thank you Rachel & thanks to the other staff too, it was a really pleasant experience.

Had a wonderful time picking out wedding bands at the Brilliant Earth showroom. Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and so kind and fun to talk too. She made it so comfortable for my fiancé and me to feel great about the bands we chose! Overall a great experience.
