10/10 would recommend! We had a fantastic experience working with Ariel at Brilliant Diamonds. We visited both locations which were conveniently located. (Parking at Carmel Valley is easier. Downtown location in the Jewelry Exchange was a cool experience.) Ariel helped us find the right ring and then customized it to our exact specifications and design. Ariel was pleasant to work with and he truly made our wedding ring dreams come true! He’s very professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to get my ring reset with a new band so it would fit the wedding band better and they had it ready by the next day.
