Undoubtedly the best dental experience one can have. Not only is the actual dental work done at a level far above any other dental work, but the "spa" and "VIP" treatment given during is one that you will not soon forget. Both Dr Chen and Julia have such great bedside manners and make you feel like more of an honored guest in their home rather than a patient in their practice. I have already sent my husband to them and my son is next! Highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.
I am greatly appreciative that Brilliant Dental Group has a 24/7 service. I called their offices and talked to Julia. I found her to be very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. Right away, she felt the level of pain I was in and setup an appointment the next day with Dr. Chen. She answered all insurance related questions; but what stood out the most was her genuine concern to get rid of my pain. Next day, we visited their office in Danville. Great service, very nice and professional. My husband and I just moved to area and he cracked his tooth. Was in pain and they took him in the next day!! So glad we found.
RecommendedDr. Cheng and Julia are truly amazing I have never had a dental experience so great like the one they gave me. They took me in on January 1st on a emergency root canal when no other dentist would take me in. I am truly thankful for them helping me out. I recommend them to anybody. You need to go here. Simply wonderful experience! Came in for a dental cleaning and came out feeling like a superstar. From the welcoming tray full of treats to the top notch dental service. They go above and beyond to give you that beautiful smile and pleasant experience. Julia and Dr. Chen is simply the best!
Julia and Dr. Chen are so sweet and considerate. There is always drinks, snacks, and activities for the kids while they're waiting. It's such a family friendly office and the quality they put into work is incomparable. I had bad tooth pain and Dr. Chen did everything to get me out of pain and restore my teeth to great condition
