Christine was so kind, caring, gentile and attentive. As y’all know I’m a total dork when it comes to necessity things like the only set of teeth I have. It’s a must do and I almost wimped out. All of Dr. Freeman’s associates from the front desk to the person in my mouth have always made me feel so at ease. Dr. Freeman thank you as well.

Gave Brilliant Dental a second chance and was disappointed again. This time they didn't try to upsell me bite guards and cosmetic items like last time, but instead the Dr. wanted to drill a tooth because I MIGHT have a cavity. When I asked for clarification he confirmed I did not have a cavity yet, but wanted to drill anyway to prevent me getting one. We take a full set of x-rays upon your initial visit which helps us have a complete baseline and rule out any bone concerns that we can't see without x-rays. As always I am very impressed with the care and consideration this team has in handling the needs of their clients. I am not a fan of visiting the dentist....my anxiety level is always a 10...but everyone is very patience and do their best to help me get through it. Last but not least, I am always pleased with the work that is done. Dr. Freeman has a "gift "that helps us "smile" and be confident.
