About six months ago, we were looking for a location that offered Zumba classes that wouldn't break the bank or be overly clique-ish. We stumbled across Brilliant Body, and couldn't be happier with it! The three instructors (Rebecca, Michelle and Charity) are all super friendly, as are all admin and other students. There is a wide variety of age, background and intensity levels, creating a welcoming and encouraging space for all. No mirrors and DISCO LIGHTS!! I've been going to Rebecca's classes ( and now Michelle's and Charity's) for several years regularly. This is not you typical Zumba class. I do not like to exercise, or strangely to dance either but for what ever reason I have been hooked and this the only "exercise" regimen I have EVER stuck to. FYI, no mirrors and lights are dimmed.

I hate working out and this is THE ONLY workout and instructor(s) that have been able to motivate me... for years! No joke. I have been going for almost five years. It's a fun, welcoming, approachable style, and my weight, fitness, balance and coordination have improved. Highly recommended!
