Jen is a true professional. I waited to get my first piercing at the age of 33 because I do not trust piercing guns and would only get a piercing if it were done by an expert. Jen is that expert! The wait was very short. Staff are friendly and up front about all costs. The place is very clean. Jen walks you through the procedure step by step and follows all PPE practices. The whole procedure was brief, but not rushed. Thank you, Jen for a great experience!
Caring people who are professional and kind. Knowledgeable but not stuck up when you don’t know stuff and they have to explain things. Super clean and inviting space and just all around cool folx!
Jen was amazing! The shop was beautiful, had a great jewelry selection, was clean and sterile. Jen took time with me and helped me pick jewelry that was a great fit for my lifestyle. She also explained everything to me before the piercing, and was very gentle. I will be back for another piercing! Thanks Jen!
