Horrible management company. They do not respond to complaints. They’ll blame you instead of taking responsibility. My hallway has yellow mold growing and nothing has been done. We have a full time maintenance personnel whose main job is to throw trash from the clubhouse away- not sure he’s capable of much more. In fairness, they’re as incompetent as most property management companies.
