UPDATE: Jeff finally called my husband back and tried to say that he never received any of our text messages. He yelled and talked over my husband. When my husband told him that we weren’t the only ones that he has ghosted and to see these reviews on Google, he only replied that they were AI generated. Great communicator! Very fair pricing and he helped us through the entire roofing procees!
Have recommended this company so many times but then when we needed them for a repair we can not get a response. Will definitely not recommend or use again. Have called multiple times in a span of 4 months.
