Brigitte did an excellent job selling my condo. She communicated often and effectively, understood the market, and was proactive and attentive. I’m skeptical of real estate agents and their incentives in general, but Brigitte proved trustworthy and I never doubted whether she had my best interests in mind. I’ll definitely be working with her again.

I worked with Brigitte on selling my loft condo in the Hillcrest neighborhood. She priced it perfectly and was hands on throughout the process always helping me understand the next steps. Had a bidding war as soon as it was posted and she was amazing helping me work through all the pros/cons of each offer. At close we had a buyer back out the day of but Brigitte did not lose a beat...she posted it again the next day and we got an all cash offer.
