I have lived a Garden Apartments .. I really liked my apartment and wish I never moved . There are problems with the washers and dryers breaking down - I believe this is due to many renters overloading them . They have a very nice playground for the kids however they still play in the parking lot, hallways, bang the doors and look into apartment windows .. So it's not a bad place to live its a few of the residents who make things difficult at times . I truly believe management is working hard at correcting these issues
Clean, Bright, well-kept, well-managed with reasonable rental rates! Recommended!
