Great experience. Put my mind at ease as I came to the appointment concerned that there was something wrong with my sight. Just needed a change in prescription. Very relieved.
Brightwood Eye Center is a great place with a very friendly staff. It is my favorite eye center and would definitely recommend it to anyone. They have state of the art equipment for all eye needs. Check them out for your next eye exam.
I've been coming here for a few years now and Dr. "Neil" has always taken my issues very seriously, given thorough exams, and never made me feel rushed. I have a complicated eye issue and he hasn't given up on me or fussed at me because I might not have always followed his recommendations because I got lazy or gave up on certain meds. I probably drive him crazy but he doesn't throw that in my face. He tries to help me and that is a good thing.
The staff was very nice and answered every question I had. I have been coming here for several years but it was my first visit with Dr B and he was very professional and informative.
Great staff...Basha especially was very patient in an effort to find the perfect glasses for me...thank you!
Dr Neill and the friendly staff at Brightwood Eye Center make you feel relaxed and "at home." It's always good to deal with folks who are professional, courteous, and value your time.
I brought my 16 yr old son in for his annual eye exam. He is used to these but never likes to go, since he has worn glasses most of his life. He was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Dr. Bulakowski put his fears and concerns at ease. My son said " that was an easy eye exam...he's a good Dr." that is a lot from a 16 yr old boy..Thank you Brightwood Eye center.
