Cara is fantastic! The ambiance and color selections are so soothing. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. My deep tissue was the most relaxing deep tissue massage I’ve ever experienced. Sometimes DT can be painful, but Cara had me feeling like I was walking on a cloud. I definitely recommend Brightwater Spa.

I had my first facial with Kelly Anderson, I had over an hour of treatment and pampering. Not only is the Spa beautiful, but the staff is as well. Great present from my daughters.

Thank you Brightwater for an amazing day of pampering! My massage with Cara was so relaxing, she was even able to work the knots out of my shoulder that had been there for weeks. The facial I had with Kelly was fantastic! We discussed the best facial for my skin type (I have super oily and sensitive skin) and I walked out with the smoothest skin I have felt in years. I felt relaxed the moment I walked in from the calming atmosphere, not to mention the cucumber water is to die for!!
Had a wonderful facial with Kelly followed by a prenatal massage with Cara. My face felt so hydrated and my tensions relieved. Everyone spoiled me, including the owner Jamie. You have a gained a new client and cannot wait to return!
I love brightwater! Kelly is amazing. So knowledgeable! Her facials are fantastic and she is excellent when it comes to waxing.
Reflexology - Excellent. Now facial - not so good. Kelly has been with the Skin Care Institute a long time, but I am disappointed in my recent facial. My face has been broken out ever since the facial. And Kelly used a chocolate mask on me, which she did ask me if that was okay. I personally do not think chocolate masks doing anything for your skin. And I don't like the smell of chocolate on my face. No more facials at Brightwater. Reflexology - yes!
I have been coming here for over 20 years. The employees are so nice and the space is absolutely beautiful.
I had an amazing and relaxing massage from Pat and a wonderful experience! Thank you ladies! I would definitely recommend this spa. Truly lovely. I have been seeing Kelly for years for waxing and she has never disappointed me- always professional and kind.
