I was very pleased with the timelyness of the quote from Franco and the attention to detail he was able to provide. Franco showed up on time for several irrigation laterals that I needed to be moved. Franco always had a positive attitude. I am very pleased with this company and would recommed them for any type of work.
They responded quickly and made the repair to the irrigation system quickly. The technician explained the repair advised what to do if my water bill was high and showed me where the shut off valve was for the system. I would use them again.
I got a leak in sprinkler control box. After calling Brightwater, they immediately sent Jason out to check the problem. Jason quickly located the problem in sprinkler valve, after further examination, he was able to fix the problem by retaining the existing valve. A big thank to Janson for his cost effective work!
Great service. The team that came out to my house today is the same team that came out last year. Super fast and friendly. Will always call them for anything lighting or irrigation related. Best in town.
