Did a sloppy job when / *if* they showed up. Will make excuses and not come out to do the work, leaving ugly patches of grass and don’t come back to touch up. Won’t be responsive via phone. Disappointed that a large company wouldn’t have a good segment for Cincinnati. We get blamed for the work they don’t do. Hope they prove us wrong this month!
