We have been using Brightview for years for summer and winter service and will continue to.
Terrible management zero communication. I have several complaints first off the HR person will not return messages or answer calls.They will lay you off for no work with zero notice.Also if there is a chance of inclement weather they will not work you days ahead of it so they don't have to pay overtime they have every angle figured out to screw over their workers.I have been in this field for 20+ years never seen a company that treats their employees so bad
Went around my parking lot edging the mulch at the curbs and blew dirt and wood chips all over the cars parked there... didn't even attempt to clean it up...
