Almost two years ago, Brightview was a place I would have recommended without hesitation. When Michael was there, along with staff like Stu, Becca, Alexa, Raven, Kathleen, and Robyn, you could genuinely feel the care the moment you walked in. Patients were treated like people, not problems. Staff showed up consistently and actually cared. Once those employees began leaving and leadership changed, the entire program shifted for the worse.
