They tried to force someone 2ho can't read just to sign papers. Wouldn't take their time with him. Than all they want to do is give subs. This doesn't make sense when they wanted nothing. They couldn't help him smh. Then they lied.. they make money more scripts they subscribe. They don't worry about actually people

Brightview’s overall purpose is WONDERFUL! This place has helped SO many people get clean and sober and they truly have saved lives. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism in this office is almost non-existent. The staff gossip about each other and the patients they treat here regularly. They are also in violation of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations daily, and there is a very skewed line between ethical, moral, and professional boundaries here at this BrightView location. I love the Mansfield location, the girls are amazing. I live closer to Marion, and go out of my way to come to Mansfield, because they are so wonderful... I've been coming to brightview going on two years and I recommend the program to anyone that needs it... P.s., Ms. Makayla we will miss you girl! Thank you for always being amazing!
