My insurance lapsed for one visit and they never told me that I owed money when I was visiting monthly, until I got a letter in the mail after it had already been (to my knowledge) almost a year, I tried calling before they sent it to a debt collector, but then they still sent it, and then I sent my insurance info to the debt collector, and they just ignored it and now made my credit score go wayy down... not to mention they stopped taking my insurance altogether now, so I had to switch clinics and then had to go back to biw... read more
Every employee here isn't just here for the paycheck and they all enjoy what they do. They genuinely care and want to help make a difference. They love seeing progress. The warm welcomes and enthusiasm they deliver make a big difference and are one of the reasons I continue to come in and fight for my sobriety. They believed in me from the begining.
I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful.
