Would not trust them to take care of my gold fish!!!
Do not recommend. Not sure where to start on the list of reason.
Bright Star is terrible. Their staff is not trained properly, their aides don't show up for their shifts and when you call the office they tell you ( we don't have anybody to send to you), their employees stole credit cards and cash from their clients. I would not recommend them to take care of my dog.
RecommendedBrightstar provides excellent care!
