The Brightstar Care team really helped me so much. Situating home are for my elderly parent was a new experience and I was so frazzled but they made me feel at ease Not only did they staff a Home Health Aide for my parent they also sent out an RN to visit my parent as well. My wife and I highly recommend working with this agency and their staff. At first we were hesitant, but was really out of options and needed someone to be with my mom right away. After speaking with Tasha she not only setup a meeting the next day, but arrived at my mom's place with the nurse and caregiver, and made an immediate bond with my mom which has been difficult for others to do. This agency has become family and we are forever grateful for finding them at the right time.
We were very nervous coming from out of town for a medical procedure. We did an extensive search on home care companies and decided to go with Bightstar We are really happy we did. From the very start, they were very patient answering all of our questions. They were pleasant, professional and most of all very caring. The caregiver was great too. Very kind.
