Brightstar provided wonderful care for my father. The homecare assistants were well trained and very competent. The agency was able to provide care at the times when my father needed it. Communication with the agency was particularly good. My family highly recommends Brightstar Care.
Disappointed with the dishonest and unorganized hiring process. Poor communication from owner/management. I never witnessed such unprofessional behavior in a company, with not communicating for a week or two at a time, even when you contact them to follow up. Definitely a waste of time. Would not recommend, if you want to be with a genuine company.
I needed a helper fast for my mom. Then she was in the hospital. They waited and once out of the hospital was able to give her care with one days notice. Thank you.
Very responsive and caring agency
Frances was very helpful. I would definitely call for her if I need help again. I also appreciated Alma’s efforts.
