Company is professional & nurse is great. I've had Alicia for several months now and she is always great and professional when she comes to my house even when my infusion is almost 4hrs long she has a positive attitude throughout the whole day. If you are looking for any home health this would be a great company to go with!!

We've worked with BrightStar Care twice in the time we've been receiving infusions. The team is always so responsive and helpful, providing all necessary support to navigate a very complicated process. The nurses we've worked with are caring professionals, attentive to patients needs, and always willing to be flexible with scheduling. Their kindness and patience makes getting infusions easier. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with BrightStar Care as our in-home nursing services provider.
I moved my mother to Brightstar from another service. All three of my mother’s caregivers and RN are great, (Rose, Norma, Frances and Alicia) They make a good team and the support they get from the office is top notch. Lack of administrative and nursing support was the reason we left our last service and this has been a night and day experience so far.
