My nurse Hardik was magnificent. Whenever an issue arose, he was helpful and understanding. He communicated well at all levels. I can't recommend him enough
Hardik took very good care of me. He communicated well and arrived on time for my appointments.
My mom was seen by Hardik Rohadiya RN for the weeks she’s convalescing after her hip surgery. Hardik was very patient and attentive to my mom and her needs. He answered all questions we have and gave advice to our concerns. My mom’s PT, Addie, did an amazing job as well in her sessions with my mom. A few visits with her, and we could already see improvements in my mom’s mobility. We were very happy with both the nurse and physical therapist and the overall service we got from Brightstar.
For days now Bright Star has said they are coming to change this dressing, “today”. And yet, here we are over a week after it was placed and it’s falling off and dirty. This is negligent and unsafe care of a PICC line. A manager was supposed to be involved 3 days ago.
