I can’t say enough good things about Bright Star! I’ve been working with them for my dad‘s in-home care for the last three months. Prior to that he worked with them directly. We have been with Brightstar for over a year and every one of their personnel have been wonderful! We have used their several of their home health aides, one of their RNs, a physical therapist, and an occupational therapist. All have been excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend this home care agency!
I came to Brightstar care because i am old and i needed more help with showering, wound care, and cleaning. All of the girls that have come have been very kind, helpful, and amazing. I am very pleased with all of the services they have provided. Kris the RN even clipped my toe nails and she is so nice to have around. I don't know where i would be without this service
I came to Brightstar care for needing help with medication setup and cleaning. But now I'm needing more assistance with showering and personal cares. Brightstar was amazing at getting me more hours so i can get the services i need. Tina the RN saved my life. The girls are always right on time. My experience has been terrific. I would recommend them to anybody who needs help to be able to stay in their home. The girls are more interested in clients vs the work.
