Placing your father into a nursing home is extremely difficult. Fortunately, my mother was able to sit with him every day. However, when we had a family vacation or a trip planned, we were not comfortable leaving him there without any visitations. BrightStar Care of Washington provided us a great service! Carl, who is incredibly patient and has a tremendous personality, took over during our absence. Carl called us daily with updates. He and Nicole allowed us to enjoy our time away knowing he was in excellent hands!
When my 92 year old mom needed in-home care after a fall and a bad urinary tract infection, Nicole and her team went out of their way to be accommodating to our needs, even when it was not always easy. Everyone was always professional, prompt, empathetic, and gave us the feeling that our needs were their top priority. My mom really liked the caregivers, and the entire experience was extremely positive through a very stressful time. I highly recommend them to anyone needing in-home care.
