Brightstar was a huge help when my mother in law was in the hospital and getting discharged they were very professional and promptly came out to assist us. Brittany especially was very professional and self motivated she would take it upon herself to do tasks that she saw needed to be done.
We use brightstar. Sat's customer service exceeds all expectations. If you need care for a loved one I highly recommend you use them.
BrightStar Elk Grove has been an exceptional partner in helping with caregivers after my Mother had a fall. Sat, came to our house for an assessment the next day after I called. I trusted her immediately and the first caregiver to come was right on time and very good. Yesterday I had Sat send me a caregiver to help take my Mom for an Xray.
