My fathers caretakers once he entered hospice care , they were more kind and caring , i was taken aback ! Kindness from caregivers makes all the difference at the end ! My family LOVES BRIGHTSTAR caretakers , they go beyond the pale !!
Our aunt needed care while we transitioned her from independent living to a care facility. Sat and Brenda were both tremendously kind and responded quickly to our specific needs. We especially appreciated the flexibility they offered in scheduling. I would use BrightStar again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services!
BrightStar was wonderful with getting me set up to have someome come to my home instead of having to have someone drive me to Physical Therapy. Jackie was my nurse who was very thorough and was kind and listened to you. Richard was my physical therapist and also treated me with kindness and was very knowlegable about physical therapy and helped me progress with my full knee replacement. I highly recommend BrightStar to anyone who is not able to drive or immobile and needs a great company to help you recover.
The care staff is compassionate and responsive. They provide excellent care and always have availsbility.It is a family operated company and they brought flowers to my mother in laws on her birthday. I highly recommend their services.
