Poor management from the owner Dawn. Turn over is very high. The office tries to do the best they can. Samantha was a vital asset to the company and Dawn kicked her to the curb. Dawn has this thing of looking down at her employees. She is the single reason I left. Sandy the head nurse is amazing, but if Dawn keeps running it- you will get terrible care from the office.
RecommendedI will recommend it to anyone all the staff members are very nice, always very friendly and call me to make sure everything is good The nurse very well educated in everything very helpful answered all my questions and give me more information always on time and email me if I have any questions. Caregiver always on time, very professional and caregiver and loving taking care of my son. I’m very thankful to all the staff I will recommended to anyone I will rate them 10 plus Maria
