Where do I even begin selected to use their services for my mother one of the biggest mistakes I ever made the agency was never on time when trying to speak with the owner he clearly attacked myself and my Mother stating that his agency had done so much yet there were tons of things left undone asked to get a copy of the original contract and they kept giving excuses simply unprofessional across the board would NOT refer a DOG to this company

Run from Brightstar Care of Richmond, VA. After finding what I thought was the perfect match for my needs (following a lengthy in-home visit by their head nurse and one of the two owners of the company) they failed to show for their first visit! I then dealt with an administrator (no apologies nor contact directly from the owner, nor nurse) who served as customer service in searching for why they messed up, and did the apologizing for the company. They are not trustworthy.
Amy (owner) and Mike(professional caregiver) and the Brightstar team have worked with me over the phone and on email from NJ respectfully and efficiently to assist my father post-in patient rehabilitation and hospital. THANK YOU.
