The home nursing team was amazing. They were flexible, kind, and very understanding. I was supposed to work with two different agencies and when the other agency dropped the ball, BrightStar stepped right in to help so my daughter's treatment wasn't delayed.
This has been such a pleasure to comment on a company with such organizational skills such as Brightstar Care. Excellent training in all aspects of duties performed daily. I worked for them June 2023-October 2024. It was a great experience during the time however they chose to eliminate my position as branch manager, giving me next to no notice to find a new job. I built a team of nearly 20 from a team of 2 in the area. I increased revenue by more than 50%. I was consistently praised for the good work I was doing.
