Company has difficulty in providing consistent weekend home infusion coverage. Nurses act like they are doing you a favor coming to your home on the weekend. It's not a favor - it's your job!
Was all set to bring my mom home from the hospital. Bright star assured me they had the staffing ready. Met the owner at the nursing home where she wouldn’t even take the time to meet my mom. When it was time to come home, after months of planning, they told me it would take 4 weeks to staff my mom’s case. I went with BAYADA
i am pretty happy with Brightstar. I feel Joel does as good as anyone could to keep me satisfied. Office mgr. Tricia is also always very good. i dealt with another agency prior and I was often not pleased so i left. dont have more except if I have any future concerns I will let them know and i feel relatively confident they will satisfy me.
